Good quality, delivery could improve
I ordered a Maine Lobster Bake for a small gathering. The lobsters and sides were fresh and tasted great, definitely high quality seafood. Everything arrived well-packaged in a cooler. My only minor complaint was the delivery tracking wasn't as precise as I would have liked; it showed up a bit later in the day than the initial estimate, which made planning a little tricky. Awesome lobster roll kit!
I ordered the Lobster Roll Kit and it was fantastic! The fresh picked lobster meat was so sweet and tender, and they even included the buns. Everything was packed perfectly and arrived super fresh. It was so easy to put together and tasted like I was right in Maine. I'm already planning my next order, probably some Crab Cakes next! So happy with this purchase.
Decent seafood, some minor issues
My recent order was for some Jumbo Lobster Tails and a container of New England Clam Chowder. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I had no issues there. Shipping took about 3 days to get to me, which was reasonable. The lobster tails were quite good, meaty and well-packaged to stay cold. The chowder, however, wasn't quite what I expected; it was a bit thinner than other New England chowders I've had from other places, and the flavor was just okay. It wasn't bad, just not exceptional. Everything arrived intact, and the cooler packaging did its job. I appreciated that they included cooking instructions for the tails. While most of it was good, the chowder was a slight letdown.
